At the meeting of the European Shangpa Centers in France held in March 2010, Kyab-jé Kalu Rinpoché appointed Dag Shang Kagyu as headquarters of the Shangpa Centers in Europe for a period of two years. In keeping with the express decision of Khyab-jé Kalu Rinpoché, we will do our best to serve as a communications center between Kyab-jé Kalu Rinpoché and his lamas, students, and friends in Europe.

Kalu Rinpoché's Guidlines for Centers and Lamas
Continuing the vast and profound activity of the previous Kyab-jé Kalu Rinpoché, and following the example of the immense and noble activity of Khyungpo Naljor, the present Kyab-jé Kalu Rinpoché has made the wish to renew the Glorious Shangpa Lineage for the welfare of all beings. For that purpose, he finds it is necessary to define a certain number of guidelines for the lamas and the centers.
